작가가 분필로 바닥에 그림을 그리는 라이브 퍼포먼스다.
한국에서는 아직 생소한 거리의 분필 그림을 통해, 신화ㆍ문화ㆍ동물 등 세상의 이야기가 관객 앞에 알록달록 펼쳐진다.
관객은 언제든지 작가와 대화할 수 있는 소통의 문이 열려있는 작품이다.
In the live performance of "Story of the World on the Street", artist Jiya Da Chorona draws with chalk on the street. Stories of the world, such as mythology, culture, and animals, come alive in front of spectators through chalk art, something that is still not very familiar in South Korea.
The performance enables the spectator to communicate with the artist at any time.
지야다쇼로나는 대한민국 첫 번째 분필 그림작가로 2017년부터 세계를 여행하며 작업을 이어오고 있는 거리예술가다. 작가는 여행하며 배운 다양한 세상의 이야기를 시각적으로 표현하고 대중과 소통한다.
South Korea's first chalk artist, Jiya da Chorona, is a street artist who has been traveling the world creating marvellous works of art since 2017. She visually expresses the stories of the various cultures she has encountered in her travels and communicates with the public.
